DIE-CASTING MOLDS

 


Since 1973, ZISIOS S.A. company has been established in the field of mold-making and has been placed among the most competitive companies of this field. Experience and technology were combined, in order to extend manufacturing capabilities which are mold-making, machining processes and automation systems.
 

Company's know-how includes also the mold-making of aluminium or aluminium-alloys parts. Molds for production both in cold or hot chamber die-casting machines, as well as molds made for gravity method (shells).

 

 

Molds made for die-casting of aluminium or aluminium-alloys, always are made from steels (hot-work tools) highly resistant in high pressures and temperatures, with heat-treatment (fully hardened) that increases their hardness up to 50-54 HRC.
